油價彈升，烘托塑化報價水漲船高。考量PVC產量總體保持平穩，下半年需求偏強將支撐現貨價格，PVC庫存處於歷史中等偏低水平，台塑（1301）11月PVC外銷參考價大漲40美元。

分析師指出，近期原料漲勢趨緩，PVC利差空間改善提振，加上報價喊漲，概念股台塑、華夏（1305）、聯成（1313）營運受惠。

此外，第四季耶誕假期、農膜等需求也讓PE、PP行情加溫，台塑、台聚（1304）、亞聚（1308）、台化（1326）及榮化（1704）業績加分。

PVC下游為建築包裝和消費品等，其中建築佔60％，產品為管材、薄膜板及型材等。PVC消費約在房地產開發6個月後發酵，今年大陸上半年房地產銷售火爆，有利下半年需求量旺盛。

分析師指出，大陸去年PVC實際總產能僅約2000萬噸，今年PVC新增產能82萬噸，供需條件好轉。目前電石開工率處於歷史中等水平，下半年環保政策若再收緊，開工率將走低，價格可望走高攀揚。

華夏今年將透過去瓶頸工程，把PVC年產規模推進至40萬噸，VCM提升至45萬噸。印度及孟加拉PVC粉進口需求穩增，加上澳洲唯一PVC粉廠永久性停業，用料缺口有待填補，今年外銷表現值得期待。法人推估PVC銷量約可年增10～15％。

華夏近3年耕耘北美汽車電線應用膠帶市場，穩居前三大廠商。美國、古巴交流解禁，帶動美中古車轉進古巴銷售能量，催化汽車應用膠帶需求活絡看俏；華夏擬伺機增添新機台，年產規模約為現有1倍之多。此外，大陸四大地區部分石化庫存5.5萬噸，月減21.42％。長假歸來，市場貨源偏緊，石化廠家紛紛上調出廠價。

廠商表示，「金九銀十」為傳統旺季，一般9月棚膜生產步入旺季，原料需求增多。按歷史規律來看，農膜廠家開工率仍延續走高態勢到11月初達峰值。
 

 

 

馬林魚隊明天將出戰國民隊，也是本季球隊最終戰，馬林魚將推出Martín Prado球員兼教練，為球隊調度跟學習教練職務。

馬林魚隊確定無法打進季後賽，總教練Don Mattingly也把兵符交給Prado。

「如果這比賽沒有需要特別要處理的部分，就把比賽交給選手。」Mattingly說。

根據這樣的做法，有人會去當打擊教練、投手教練，「我們必須要告訴裁判，球員會這樣想，但不可以對他們不尊重，這就是要讓球員開心。」

不過有趣的是，Mattingly並不清楚子弟兵會有怎樣的教練團，他笑說：「他們有自己的人馬。」



Pardo本季才跟馬林魚隊簽下3年4000萬美元的大合約，他未來也有機會擔任教練團成員。

33歲的Pardo本季打擊率3成04，8轟，75打點。

昔日球星「胯下運球之王」Tim Hardaway目前在底特律活塞擔任助教，但上個月他放棄為自己的酒駕辯護，15日聯盟確定禁賽3場。

Hardaway當時被判緩刑18個月，以及10天社區服務，他的律師Mitch Ribitwer表示他的當事人沒有前科，也願意認罪，希望能從輕量刑。
